How do I put on compression socks correctly?
Start by turning the sock inside out, except for the foot part. Slip your foot in and gradually unroll the sock up your leg. Make sure the sock is smooth and without wrinkles.
How should I wash my compression socks?
For best results, hand wash your socks in warm water with mild soap and air dry. If you use a machine, place them in a mesh laundry bag, use a gentle cycle, and air dry.
How often should I replace my compression socks?
For optimal benefits, we recommend replacing your compression socks every 3-6 months, depending on how often you wear them and how well you care for them.

When will my order ship?
Within 3-5 business days, anticipate an additional 3-5 day delivery to your residence.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team support@crazycompression.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
