We want you to love your Crazy Compression gear as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how you can return or exchange it:
Time Frame:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
Condition:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Process:

- Return Approval: Wait for our team to respond with return approval and instructions on where to send your items.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Exchanges:
- For exchanges, please follow the return process for the item you wish to return and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make things right.
Final Sale Items:
- Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
