Start by turning the sock inside out, except for the foot part. Slip your foot in and gradually unroll the sock up your leg. Make sure the sock is smooth and without wrinkles.

When will my order ship?
Within 3-5 business days, anticipate an additional 3-5 day delivery to your residence.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

- Inspection: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Exchanges:
- For exchanges, please follow the return process for the item you wish to return and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
